Bucanac Consulting is a donation based consulting service. The consulting is provided by e-mail only. If you are satisfied with the consulting, you are welcome to make a donation by clicking on the donation button.

How it works
The first step is to describe

your background and experience within the area so that I know how to respond
your computer system (operating system, software, etc)
your problem/question in detail
what you wish to accomplish

It may not be essential to specify all of the above, but it is essential to specify as much information as needed for me to help you. Consulting e-mails containing too little information will not be answered. They are not answered because it may end up into an endless e-mail correspondence. You may write the description in English or Swedish.
The second step is to e-mail the description to e-consulting(at)bucanac.com. You have to manually modify the e-mail address by removing the string "_RemoveEverythingWithinAndTheUnderscores_". It is there because I want to avoid getting spam.
How fast you get a response depends on how your consulting e-mail is prioritized. The response time varies from days to weeks. If you are really unlucky it may even happen that you do not get any response. See the priorities and legal sections below.
When you get a response you are either satisfied, unsatisfied or somewhat satisfied. Depending on your satisfaction you are welcome to make a donation by clicking on the donation button above. If you are at least somewhat satisfied you are recommended to make a donation, if you expect the need of consulting services in the future, because you will get a higher prioritization.

Priorities
The consulting service is provided by Christian Bucanac on my spare time. It is not possible to respond to all consulting e-mails and therefore they need to be prioritized. Consulting e-mails that have previously made a donation will be prioritized higher than the ones that have not made any donation. Within both groups, prioritization will be made based on my personal interest. This is the main reason why I am willing to provide donation based consulting services. I expect to learn more interesting things within my professional field and at the same time help other people.
For the prioritization to work properly you need to make a donation with the same e-mail address that you are e-mailing the consulting e-mail from. It is possible to make a donation without having gotten any response on a consulting e-mail previously. It can be done for example to get a higher prioritization. This is not recommended because there is no guarantee that you will receive any response on your consulting e-mail.

Legal
Bucanac Consulting is a donation based consulting service provided by Christian Bucanac on his spare time. Due to this there is no guarantee that you will get any consulting service. This is true even if you make or have made any donations in the past. There is no guarantee for satisfaction. Therefore there is no guarantee that you will get any response on follow-up consulting e-mails even if you are not satisfied.
By sending a consulting e-mail to Bucanac Consulting, you agree not press any kind of charges in court or claim anything that has not been explicitly promised. You also agree to that you take the full responsibility of using the consulting advice and of the resulting outcome. Therefore you agree not claim any responsibility from Bucanac Consulting or Christian Bucanac.
By sending a consulting e-mail or making a donation, you agree to that your e-mail address, consulting e-mail and the donation amount may be registered. This information will be used to prioritize the consulting e-mails and will not be distributed to any other part.
No refunds of the donations are granted. This means that you must be absolutely sure that the amount donating is the right one and that you have not entered a wrong amount. It is important to remember that the donations are made in USD. It is your responsibility to calculate and find out what the donation amount corresponds in your local currency.
Bucanac Consulting reserve the right to change anything regarding the consulting service, including shutting down the operation.
